Part Eight

Theo pulled the door open, and took another short deep breath, there she was Kathrynn standing right in front of him, holding his lucky bracelet.

'Where.. did..yo-you get that..?' he stuttered.

'Well, wouldn't you like to know..?' Kathrynn challenged him; her brown eyes gleaming in the light

' Wouldn't yo-' she started to say again, suddenly she spun around quickly then all of a sudden Theo felt her hands push him back into his stuffy single room.

'What are yo-' Theo began but his mouth was soon covered by Kathrynn's hand.

'Ben is down the hall, and he saw me, so I have to hide' and with that she dived under Theo's bed. Three seconds later a few loud taps escaped from the door, Kathrynn took a deep breath feeling scared and confused. Theo walked over to the door and pulled it open once again, He stared up and down at Benjamin's tall, surfer build. 'How can I be of service to you?' Theo asked sarcastically.

'Have you seen Kathrynn, I swore I saw her standing out here.' came the drawl of his California voice.

'Nope, probably at Hayleys, next door..?' Theo's voice wavered.

'Right, cool man, thanks!' as Theo slammed the door in Benjamin's Face.

He looked at his bed, not being able to believe that he had Kathrynn Harper laying underneath it. ' It's safe to come out' he stuttered.

'I know' Kathrynn's voice sounding like a whisper.

Slowly but surely she emerged from the bed, her turquoise dress falling perfectly to hug her curves, finally she stood there, directly opposite him and this time, it was real.

Part Seven

Kathrynn placed the orange Gerbera on the windowsill so that it was in direct sunlight, she crumpled the note up in her hand, 'T' she wondered aloud, with that thought she ran to her dressing table and picked up the bracelet, she let her fingers trace round the engraved letters; 'Theo', 'Theo' she kept repeating this name, aloud, she flopped onto her poster bed an let her thoughts get the better of her.

Theo stared in the mirror, did he really give Kathrynn the flower, with the note, his hand slid around his wrist, and for the first time he realised that his bracelet was missing, he got down onto his hand and knees and began searching for his most prized possession.

Kathrynn grabbed the student book from her dresser drawer, and flipped to the letter 'T', when she finally came across 'Th' she set the book down and scanned for his name, once coming across it her eyes gazed along the line until she found his door number '207', same floor, wow. Flitting across the room she sprayed on some of her YSL baby doll perfume and glided out of the door, and on her way to '207'.

A short tap on the door and Theo shot up like a dog. He walked towards the door, and smelt a sweet scent on the other side of the door. 'Hi is Theo there?' came the familiar sound of a certain someone's voice. Theo panicked and began to open the door, taking short deep breaths as he did.

Part Six

Theo looked around and wondered where Kathrynn had got to; she'd been missing for almost 20minutes now, and the bell was about to ring for second period. He saw Hayley gathering Kathrynn's things along with her own and decided to ask her a few questions about Kathrynn, walking over to her he took a deep breath.

'Hi.'

'Hi, you like Kathrynn don't you, you want to know if she'll date you, blahblahblahblahblah'

'Erm..'

'Listen she just broke up with her ex, but here's my advice, buy her a hot pink or orange gerbera, leave it with a note outside her door and see what happens' and with that Hayley turnt around and gracefully paced out of the classroom like a ballerina on stage.

Theo whipped out his phone and called the student directories.

'Hi, nearest flower store please, I'd like to make a delivery.'

Kathrynn traipsed back up to her room and flung the door open, Hayley had already dropped her stuff off, with a note that read;

"never doing this again, you need to sort yourself out, love you H x"

How she loved her best friend, she really did, and she really did need the help, but she couldn't find it anywhere, so why ask; it should just come to her, like in a dream or something. A short tap at the door broke her daze. Carefully walking over to the door, she saw a bright orange gerbera and a blue note with a love heart and the letter "T" in permanent marker. She sniffed the flower once she picked it up, and realised this was her sign.

Part Five

'ho-how do you except me to ..' taking a deep breath ' concentrate in lesson when I've just met... him' Kathrynn sighed loudly as she slid onto her usual seat in science, middle row, middle seat, directly infront of Mr Novello, who was a VERY cute science tutor. ' I mean I found it hard enough last year with Mr N..!!!' she giggled, Hayley just stared at her with her stern "grow up" look.

Theo wondered around, his head reeling with all the different class numbers, he kept staring from the sheet of paper in his hand to the bright green coloured doors in the science block, making him feel very dizzy. Finally he found room SB175; walked in and saw none other then Kathrynn, sitting there, laughinh her head off, flicking her long black curly hair; remembering that he was standing in the door way, he went over to the back row and took a seat, and stared at the back of her head, finally realising where he was; Theo picked out his black notebook and began copying things off the board.

Kathrynn flipped to the back of her note book, looked at the little tally charts she made, realising she finished another group, her hand shot up instantly. Mr Novello glanced at Kathrynn ' yes you may go to the toilet Ms Harper', before she even picked up a pass Kathrynn skipped out of class happily Theo's gaze on her the entire time.

Kathrynn continued skipping on the courtyard of the large boarding school, passing the younger boys playing polo and the girls sitting along the long wall talking to each other and gossiping, when she finally found the bathroom, she sharply glided through the door and made sure no one was in there, turning on all the taps Kathrynn walked into the last stall, closed the door and got onto her knees, letting her long hair fall into her face.

Part Four..

Scanning the Cafeteria for Hayley, Kathrynn took her seat and stared at the bowl of fruit salad infront of her, feeling sick, she pushed it away and slummped down on her chair. Suddenly the table vibrated she shot up, hoping it was her phone, but it wasn't.

'Hello sweetheart' Benjamin sat across the table, his green eyes wide and innocent looking.

'I thought my bad day couldn't get worse, till you came along' Kathrynn said with a dirty look on her face.

Benjamin tried to grab her hand but she dusted his away with a swift movement.

'Listen K, I miss you, I made a mistake..please jus-' and with that Kathrynn got up and stormed out of the Cafeteria bumping into a boy in a blue polo shirt, the same boy she saw yesturday, rebouding off him, she delicately fell onto the floor.

Theo couldn't believe what had just happened, he started at this delicate figure on the floor staring back up at him, her large brown eyes glimmering, He stuck his arm out and pulled her up.

'Hi I'm Theo" he stuttered.

'Hey, I'm...'

'KATTHRYNNNNN' came a shrill but low voice, running up behind them was Hayley Parker 'K, I have SO MUCH TO TELL YOU' She began screaming in a girly high pitched voice.

Kathrynn let go of Theo's hand 'Thanks for picking me up, Theo" smiled at him, then walked over to Hayley.

Theo watched her glide off with her friend, as if he was waiting for something. Suddenly Kathrynn turnt around and blew him a kiss. Theo felt his whole face turn red and continued staring at the map trying to find out where his first lesson of the day was.

Hayley stopped her friend near a tree and pressed her against the bark. ' AND who is HE..?!?!!?!' she giggled.

'Theo.. that's all I know, GORGEOUS! right?' Kathrynn's eyes widened trying to get approval from her friend

' Girl. Go.For.It' Hayley continued giggling. The school bell rung. 'Come on' and with that Hayley dragged her friend toward the science block.

Part Three

After taking a second thought, Theo grabbed his bags and shot down the corridor before Kathrynn could reach the door, however as he ran, he dropped his lucky link bracelet outside.

As she creaked the door open, she saw noone, the only thing she saw was a flat link braclet on the floor, she picked it up and stared at it, hoping some how it would give her a clue to who it belonged to, when she finally gave up she went back to her room, and continued unpacking her clothes and thinking about the mysterious boy she'd seen that day.

Theo caught his breath as he held himself up against a wall, when his head finally stopped spinning he realised he had passed his room,walking back, he saw a famillar door, right opposite, the door belong to Kathrynn; "why" he asked himself over and over, "why did I have to fall for HER"

The sun glistened through the gap in the curtains straight onto Kathrynn's bed, slowly she began to strech keeping her large eyes shut tight, slowly but surely she began to wake up and when she finally hopped out of bed she saw that Hayley's bed was empty. As she walked over to her large vainty mirror, the sunlight hit the link bracelet making it sparkle, as she sat down and began running a brush through her think black hair she played with the bracelet with her other hand. After applying her make up and making sure her curls where intact, Once Kathrynn pulled on her turquoise dress, with matching heels, she began to run her fingers over her jewellery ; after settling for a long pearl necklace she put her turquoise bow headband ontop of her head and flattend her dress, straightning the sleeves, walking towards the door Kathrynn paused, returned back to the vainty table and slipped the bracelet onto her wrist. Across the small hall way, Theo was running around his room, trying to find a clean polo shirt to pull on with his black chino pants, after dumping everything onto his bed, he grabbed his blue polo shirt, slipped his vans on and was out the door, without even realising his (not known to be lost) lucky charm.

Part Two.

Theo walked towards the headmistress, he looked behind him to see if Kathrynn was still behind him, however she had gone off with the crowd and was now one of the many bodies in the sea of desinger clothes and suitcases that crowded round him; as he walked over to the headmistress he collided with another boy.

"Whats your problem newbie" the guys cool voice replied.

"Sorry.. I didn't see you there" Theo tried to explain, he locked eyes with the guy, and then realised who he was, It was Benjamin Siomons, head of the polo team he was just about to join.

"Yeah, well watch your self next time" and with that, he walked off.

Going back to his main task Theo approached the head mistress,

"Hello Ms Walf, Im Theo Marshall" he tried so hard to stay calm.

"Theo?" she looked at her clipboard "You mean Theodore?".

Theo blushed "Yes Ms, Theodore, I was just wondering what room I'm in" he tapped his foot on his polo stick, and waited as she checked her clipboard again, removing a key from her belt she tossed it into his hand and gave him a stern look as if to say 'be gone now', as he walked off he checked the number on the key. "Room 207" he mumbled to himself as he walked up the stairs.

Kathrynn threw the keys onto her bed and dropped her bags on the floor, grabbing her ipod from her main handbag, she dashed over to the already set up music system and plugged in her ipod to play some music, the 2nd floor was the floor full of the most popular people so nobody ever complained about the music, without a doubt herself and hayley managed to get the biggest room on the floor, and be closest to the bathroom and stairwell just in case of any late night emergencies, they also had the privilidge of having a fire escape right on the side of their room, which was perfect when needed. As she began to jump on her bed like she was a child again, Kathrynn heard a short knock on her door, jumping off the bed she smoothed her hair and clothes down.

"Hello?" she questioned as she slowly opened the door, standing outside was her ex boyfriend Benjamin, He was perfect, tall, athletic body, shimmering green eyes, perfect smile, blonde floppy hair in the style of an OC surfer boy, all of these features that made her fall for him right in front of her. "What do you want Benji?" holding the door shut.

"Well it's nice to see you too princess" trying to lean round the door and kiss her cheek.

"Go... now" Kathrynn replied impatiently and shut the door in his face, at this moment Theo was walking down the corridor to his room, and saw Benjamin walking away and shaking his head. Before taking another second to think, Theo padded over to the door and gave three short taps on it, as he heard Kathrynns footsteps coming toward the door.
